Two

took the ride at 8:10 PM
today during morning assembly, my form teacher mrs tay came to my class and started calling "alvin? alvin? you have to meet the director of academic studies at 4pm today. take note."

wah bomb. i'm sure. what did i do? my class russell also got called out. I looked at him, he look at me, we couldnt figure out what the hell this was about.

so after school we go meet her. before that of course, being a responsible scout (ahem) i went for the first half an hour of scouts. actually only 10 minutes, and all of that was attendance taking and some briefing. they were all going for pt at rj and since the time almost up and i didnt want to be smelly and dirty, i didnt join them. =) poor them.

at about 4.10, the director of academic studies (DAC) brought a whole bunch of us (there were others) to a conference room. through prior checking, most of the others had gpa below 3. me and russell had moderately okay gpas above 3 what, so y we here?

then mrs tay sat us down, and then spoke to us.

"why didnt all of you pass up your holiday timetable?"

astonishment.

surprise.

indignation

cuz i didnt have any holiday timetable.

turns out that russell and i were mistaken identities. Russell was called because mrs tay must have saw the name "russell wong" and thought it meant this russell (also wong) instead of that russell. For mine... i misheard, actually she wanted calvin, not alvin.
