The camp was held almost immediately after school, so most people just brought their camp bags and dumped them in the den. Coincidentaly it was founder's day so came extra extra early (like 6.45 - early for me) so that can get ready to stand in front of the whole school and show off our untrained footdrill potential. Gah. Lol, it went okay. then spent the entire day in scout uniform. My class never mention it at all loh, only wenqi kept trying to take my beret.
after lunch went to set up flagpole. took 1.5 hour, J1s not pleased. its our first time so pai seh... camp officially started at 3, and then we went to do usual camp stuff.

INVESTITURE!
won't elaborate too much on the activities... most are bomb but quite fun, like cooking... i think chefs get damn high blood pressure. fast. our food is actually quite nice, especially chicken (mmm... paper wrapped). Voted best meat. yay. Night games were fun, especially cocking to chee yeow about manly men for one station.
"wow that guy looks damn manly. you pass."
but main idea of overnight is... the INVESTITURE CEREMONY! Had to stand 2 hours doing nothing but it was worth it. Proud of sec 1s. In this camp they showed that they were enthu and interested. For sec 2s, congrats on whatever posts you got and work hard.
