apparently there was a talk from 9.30 to 11, and my shift was from 8 to 11, and openhouse started at nine. So that leaves me with... half an hour of actual duty, and most of it was directing those early parents to go register or point out the way to the auditorium (Its over there!)
The gateway looks nice. =) the booth looks nice too. haha if the scouts (including 02) dont get like best booths i'm seriously going to complain... we came down at 1.30 on friday to set up, while some other ccas just put some chairs and tables, and their little awards and call it a day. lol.
and xiaolys owes me $20. for not producing a better structure than 01's within 10 mins at 8am as stated in the verbal contract on friday, 16th May.
after my shift was over, we went to the third floor atrium to basically emulsify our banners, but then some uncle came along and said that we couldnt do it at the third floor atrium anymore, which is now spanking cool new cool. So is the astroturf by the way, but thats not important now. Just that we dun have a place to paint banners! Gah. so we just chalked out our designs. We as in falcon, owl and KF. after that, the other two patrols went home, but me and zhong jun continued to labor on for KF, haha, went to the paint shop to look for paint but it wasnt open that day, and also tried to kope some boards from that industrial park. the boards suck =(
