Windsurfing =D

took the ride at 8:13 PM
okay got sunburnt yesterday... scouts.

so took a break today and went for a... windsurfing course.

haha that'll definitely help.

anyway it was pretty fun. you know, watching all those people windsurf at the beach, now i know how to do it. okay, the theory of doing it. haha. kept falling off the board. its quite different from sailing, which they call 'bathtub sailing' because in sailing you get to sit down while in windsurfing you need to stand up and hold that frigging big sail. and when you turn you scramble around that narrow narrow board. yay capsize.

speaking of sailing, i guess i do miss sailing. been over, say, 5 years since i last touched the boat... actually i wonder why i stopped. i think i didnt like the instructor somehow. but i do like the part where you sit in the boat, one person alone, feeling the waves lap gently against it, catching the wind in the sails... relaxing sia. i was even more quiet than i am now... and i feel bad i scammed through DSA using sailing. because now i'm not doing it. xd.

but all in all windsurfing is actually quite cool. i guess i'm just not good at it yet, so i spend more time in the water than on the board. plus it rained, so we had to stop early. haiz.

okay back to life as a scout.
