yay first day is over! (: 75 smses. wow.

was in school at 6.10am. some sec 1s were already streaming in. o.o haha enthu sia. somehow ony about half the people who were supposed to usher came, so we just split up and set off to bring them in. 1A on the top floor again, 1Q at the second floor haha. sad life. lots of class-based PSLs arrived, hard to get everyone to sit down and listen. i guess its harder with your peers compared to juniors... luckily, managed to get message across and off they went to their classes.

flag-raising, then year head assembly. missed quite a bit of year head assembly because the first day comm was slaving hard to get the logistics ready on time, such as the psl handbook. heard it was quite cool though. came just in time to see our new principal use the expanding ball thing. XD thats rather cool. lol.

school tour after recess. some mix-up in the proposal, ended up causing confusion... wasted about 5 to 10 minutes i think. but its quite good how we rectified it in the end. the school tour went quite well considering there was no dry run and we had to improvise a bit sometimes. my station was at admin block, human knot station, lol, quite a few couldn't solve on time, yet some others solved in like 5 mins. tried with the 1P PSLs and we couldn't do it haha XD.

year head interaction was moved to junior block due to slight drizzle which stopped right after we decided to move. thaaanks. assembly procedure by mr. shahrom and max. the sec 1s don't seem to know it very well yet.

lol wasn't a fiasco, but there were bumps along the way. just happy that we managed to go according to our programme as close as possibly can, and thanks to the class-based PSLs, especially SPSLs (haha poor nellie) for being understanding and encouraging. pretty sure all of you were all quite sian at first day comm but thanks for not showing it that much haha.

AND of course thanks first day comm. leong gen, yuet cheong, gulshan, jasdeep, kah khang and lin sen! we rock!
