sweatshops

took the ride at 11:31 PM
today during SS we did a simulation. pretended to be different sweatshops making branded shoes. wenjian and i were the TNCs heheh. quite fun messing around with the system, we just keep raising the cost of raw materials while keeping the cost at which we buy shoes from them low... haha actually most of the time they weren't making any money at all! in the end if they sold us shoes they would be making a loss of over 400% XD.

anyway it was qutie fun, especially when the police (Chin Jie) was corrupt and kept stealing from us, and in the end there was this mass robbery where the sweatshops riot against us and stole all of the shoes we bought.

mrs neoh calls that 'a real life situation'. lol.

messed up the first question of maths TA. oh well.

while walking, met up with someone who i would call a good friend, but then we didn't talk much. awkward. maybe cos i haven't seen him for very long? he seems really busy. hope it gets better, especially next week onwards. it'll be sad if we drift apart because of this.

really makes you wonder doesn't it? how much is friendship dependent on chance? and how much is what you can do?
