patrol-in-ception

In the morning we had Patrol-in-town lol. Basically the SU went out to the town area to complete tasks and have random fun! And since we planned the tasks, questions and checkpoints, extra emphasis on random! Ever wondered what the maximum number of handicap strips a blind man would feel if he exited the MRT train up to the point he enters the lift, where the largest kueh lapis in Singapore was, or the braille for B5?

Well, for the sake of humanity we did, and we were so glad to pose these life-changing questions to the SU.

And the answer they gave us: not too bad, kinda surprising what they managed to hunt down, like pieces of octopii and $0.00 receipts. I was stationed at Cathay and it was funny to see them do the eywa ritual around the sota tree and grab a balloon from a dubious waxing shop. At least, I hope it was just a waxing shop...

Then, after tabulating the results and breaking the SU off, we headed straight for GV to watch Inception! It's this really cool show where people dive into other people's heads through their dreams to steal or plant ideas. I won't reveal the plot here, but yup, like what the reviews say, super deep but thoroughly satisfying. Even if the special effects weren't so freaking cool, the whole idea behind the story is pretty awesome. Its like the matrix with 50x more complexity plus zero gravity and wacky imagination and a spinning top.

I mean, a spinning top! You just can't beat that maaan. :D
