night hike

Night Hike started with a little rain, which continued in dribs and drabs but it didn't dampen our spirits. Went through a great route passing the henderson waves, esplanade, helix bridge and finally ending 23km later at East Coast Park at 1.30am. Then we sat at Macs and talked till the next morning, where a bunch of zombiefied people finally left for home.

Its so different, day and night. In the day all seems bright and sunny and life goes on as normal. Hiking in the night, we get more contemplative and reflective. Thought about many things. Maybe its the fact that GC's coming to an end that gives us a sense of urgency, to address the issues that would seem awkward in any other scenario. Anyway, talking to people along the way was enlightening.

Congrats to the new CCAL/ACCAL 2011 Jin Kiat and Eugene! We picked you because we saw the potential, so do us and yourselves proud yea.

Night Hike's over, for the very last time. As kenneth/eminem mentions, life is no Nintendo game. But I really enjoyed this level!
